Delivery is generally worldwide, provided that it is legally permissible and feasible. For tobacco products there are import restrictions or import bans through mail orders in some countries. Shipping within Germany is done with UPS (Germany only) or alternatively with DHL. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items on offer can be shipped immediately.

Shipping

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs per order for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages or in the shopping cart system and on the order page. We deliver free of charge to the aforementioned countries from a goods value of 300.00 EUR (standard shipping only). payment

Payment is made in advance or on account. Payment by invoice is only possible after two deliveries have been made and registration in our shop. However, there is no entitlement to payment on account after two deliveries.

Prepayment If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.PayPal If you choose the payment method PayPal, the delivery of your ordered goods will take place immediately. Please note that this payment method will only be released after we have checked it.

The offering and delivery of tobacco products, e-cigarettes and shishas to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. We are therefore obliged to carry out an age verification before entering into a contractual relationship with you. We therefore only enter into contractual relationships with adult buyers / buyers.
